What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing method founded in the early 20th century that promotes wellbeing within spiritual, emotional or physical aspects of healing.
 
Reiki is effective on its own or as a complement to an existing treatment. It works holistically from within to clear blockages and emotional imbalances.

Rei translates as Spirit, Divine, Source. Ki translates as Universal Energy or Universal Life Force Energy.

What is EFT?

EFT—also known as tapping—is like emotional acupuncture. Instead of stimulating the acupressure points with needles, we use our fingers to tap on the specific energy points.
 
EFT works to release trapped feelings, emotions or experiences and can be used for general, on the surface issues as they arrive, for general wellbeing, or to address more deep set feelings and blockages.
